And I am not one that is capable of doing any of that. In fact, the idea of me doing one of those things is laughable. But here's what I figure. All of the people that can do the aforementioned things need people like me. Because they have to have someone appreciate it. So that's where I land on the food chain of life: the consistent appreciater and applauder of all things creative.
Everyone needs a me around to feel like what they've done is incredible. Or at least that's what I tell myself. I'm comfortable in this area of food chain-ness. And the bonus is that it all always makes me smile. I'm good with the trade-off. I appreciate good works for other people and in return I get to smile and be happy. (It really is that simple.)
(Now, I'm crafty mind you. I can make some awesome cards, a super creative scrapbook page and a mean bulletin board set. [I just needed to set that straight because my mom would not be happy at the idea of my selling myself short.])
(But creative? nope. Artsy? for sure not.)
anyway.
One of the creative people that floats around my life is MeLissa. She always has the coolest pictures on her blog and I always love them. So I got smart. (add that to my list of things I am) and I clicked the source link on one of the pictures and found the best website. http://www.weheartit.com/
I'm sure I'm not using it to its best ability, but the pictures (or at least most of them under the topics I have searched) have been so great and never fail to make me smile. I just feel like this website is the best of both worlds...creative pictures, me to appreciate them and make me smile.
You can't tell me some of this doesn't make you smile.
